Izzybelle makes three flavors, each based on the same luscious, smooth dark chocolate recipe alive with the complexity and richness of the very best chocolate. They start with the best ingredients: natural or organic dairy products and flavorings, locally produced whenever possible. All their sauces are made using dark chocolate bars and cocoa from Scharffen Berger© Chocolate Maker. Their base recipe uses no additives, emulsifiers or corn syrup. They make sauces in small batches and package them in re-usable containers.
